Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders within the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked as we have found this to be a reliable and cost effective service here in the UK. International shipping is not available because we mostly only sell fresh products, but please contact us and we will do our best to help.. Please understand that we are a farm with our closes neighbour almost a mile away. We get our mail delivered at about midday and they collect any outgoing packages on a Monday to Thursday basis. Because we are shipping fresh or live products we don't post on a Friday or Saturday, for fear of them getting held up in a hot warehouse all weekend.

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we don't accept returns for the obvious reason, that the item would be moldy by the time it got back to us, but we will replace or refund the item as long as you can provide time stamped, photographic evidence, that the item is not as described when it was first delivered. This will help us to expedite the process.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We don't offer a returns policy as indicated in our shipping terms, so please be aware of this when placing your order. We can offer help and advice via our contacts section but replies will be after 6 pm, as we spend all the day supervising our cultivation and packing process. After your purchase, if we can pack it before midday it will get sent out on the same day, but most orders will take 24 hours to process, but will get processed in the order they are paid for, so please process your payment at the time of ordering to save delays. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please read the policy above, as we have a straightforward refund or exchange policy. We find it is a great way to build trust and reassure you customers, that you can buy with confidence.
